Lovely base for exploring Venlo with excellent staff from check-in to check-out. Very central location near the city center. - Adjacent to Venlo, Holland, as well as the train station, shops, and restaurants. - Nice selection of food.

The hotel is clean. the staff is excellent from check-in to check-out. - the location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, just a 5-minute walk to a cultural-historical museum. - the guest room with 2 single beds was very impressive.

Clean room, good breakfast. Staff was understanding, that we were late because of traffic and didn't make a fuss about it.
Wasn't lit at night. We were there at 3am due to congestion in Germany and had trouble to spot a hotel along the street. Also a map printed from a link on the confirmation was very confusing and misleading.
